This project was a part of an M.J. Harris Group extension that was architecturally designed and had some great key features. Our favourite was the shiplap cladding used and the finish our painters were able to achieve. This was a 3 coat system and required some special preparation of the timber before it was coated.
We have also completed many interior restorations for Northcote homes. A lot of the houses we work in have had a hard life and have been treated to many paint jobs with minimal prep. Our painters spend the time meticulously preparing all surfaces, removing all runs and imperfections from the substrate. We fill all gaps, cracks and imperfections then undercoat with an oil-based undercoat ready for its final coat.
