This home on Monomeath Avenue included an exterior repaint and restoring the damaged stained timber doors. We removed all the metalwork in front of the windows in order to be able to paint. We had access issues in the beginning but with the help of our carpenters at M.J. Harris Carpentry, we were able to make custom platforms with foam bottoms to support our painters whilst working on the roof, preventing us from damaging any slate tiles.
